I got paralysed by neuro immune disease transverse myelitis but recovered well. Any suggestions after recovery?

Very glad to hear that. No particular suggestion if you have recovered because it's not a preventable condition. As you may know already it's often (although not always) associated with an infective condition or an autoimmune condition so as long as the primary condition is being treated well you should be okay.
